We've got your back.
Even when the world
seems upside down.
At D’Amico Law, we represent individuals facing digital, emotional, and reputational harm—online, offline, and anywhere those lines blur. Our clients include victims of sextortion, doxing, deepfake attacks, privacy violations, sexual abuse, and nonconsensual image sharing.

We also handle high-stakes matters involving domestic violence and sexual assault, especially those tied to schools and institutions. Our approach blends litigation savvy with trauma-informed advocacy. No red tape. Just results.

Whether you're dealing with online chaos or personal crisis, we help you reclaim your story and take back control—strategically, compassionately, and without apology.

We are your people,
be ours.
For over a decade, Elisa D’Amico has been a national leader in cyber civil rights, fiercely advocating for victims of intimate image abuse and other digital harms. In 2014, she co-founded the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project (CCRLP), a global pro bono initiative supporting survivors of online abuse. She now sits on the Advisory Committee for the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative, a national advocacy group for survivors of image-based sexual abuse. Her work has been featured by both national and international media outlets, such as The New York Times, CNN, VICE, Law360, and more.
Before launching D’Amico Law, Elisa spent years in Big Law, then in-house with a digital marketing company. Today, she brings elite legal experience and real-world strategy to every client she serves. She built this firm to fight—with passion, purpose, and heart.
